Matthew Collins is the CEO for Heritage Aviation. With the company since 2008, Matthew has held multiple leadership positions to include Shift Supervisor and Line Operations Manager. Matthew has been awarded a degree in Architectural Design and Studies from Morrisville State College and holds certifications from NATA, Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS MAX and MODO. He lives in Essex Junction with his wife and three children.

Jim Turcot is the CFO for Heritage Aviation.  Jim has been with the company since the beginning of 2018 and came to Heritage with over forty years of experience in Accounting and Finance.  Jim lives in South Burlington with his partner, Janet.  He has five children and two grandchildren.

Christy Brigante is the Director of Customer Service for Heritage Aviation.  Christy has been with the company since 2020 and joined Heritage with over 35 years of experience as an owner of a Document and Information Management Company.  She has experience in Sales Administration, Contract Administration, Customer Service, Business System Implementations, and Acquisitions.  Christy has three children and one grandchild and resides in Colchester.

Michael Sanchez is the Director of FBO Services.  Since 2002, Michael has held multiple management positions at the company, including Shift Supervisor, Customer Service and Line Operations Manager.  Michael has experience in commercial aviation, general aviation, ground operations management, fuel quality control, and facilities management.  He lives in Milton with his wife and children.
