LINE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

 

 REPORTS TO: Shift Lead

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marshalling all arrivals and departures, aircraft staging, ramp safety, organization and cleanliness
  • Facilitating and servicing aircraft with whatever needs it may require as requested by flight crews
  • Fueling. Safely ensuring clean, dry aircraft fuel is being delivered to the proper aircraft
  • Deicing in a safe manner
  • Providing customer service (i.e. baggage handling, car re positioning, catering, ice, coffee, etc.)
  • Arriving for scheduled shift on time and in uniform
  • Assisting Shift Lead request fueling GSE equipment.
  • Complying with FBO Ops Manual, Employee Handbook and Safety Manual
  • Communicating with Shift Lead during airline fueling down time

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license
  • Must have customer service/hospitality experience.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is desired but not required.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. (CSR)

 

Reports to: CSR Lead
Schedule: Thursday-Saturday, 12pm-10pm (30 hours/week)

Heritage Aviation is seeking a self-motivated, positive, reliable full-time Customer Service Rep. to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service to our clientele with the highest level of professionalism.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Welcoming and assisting customers and visitors (by telephone or in person) in a friendly and respectful manner
  • Coordinating with appropriate departments to accomplish customer requests
  • Assisting customers with arrangements for hotels, ground transportation, catering and other miscellaneous requests
  • Preparing invoices, collecting payments and reconciling daily reports through POS system and TFBO
  • Notifying Westside Operations and Shift Lead via email and verbally of updated flight plans for West side based tenants
  • Complying with employee handbook, CSR manual, FBO manual and safety manual

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license
  • Must have customer service/hospitality experience.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is desired but not required.
