Benefits Part-Time Full-Time
Health Insurance N/A Health insurance effective the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment. Pre-tax deductions per weekly payroll cycle.

Heritage Aviation offers 2 different medical plans.

Dental Insurance N/A Eligibility begins the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Provider: CBA Blue

Vision Insurance N/A Eligibility begins the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

401(k) Retirement Plan N/A Full-time employees must be 21 years of age to be eligible. Employees will be auto-enrolled at 3% the first of the month following 6 months of employment. (Employees may opt out if they choose)

Contribution percentages may be changed at any time prior to a pay period by notifying HR.
Current employer match: Dollar for dollar up to 3% of gross earnings, $0.50 on the dollar for the next 2% of gross earnings.

Fully vested immediately.

Employees also have unlimited access to financial advisors through Fleischer Jacobs Group. There is no charge to the employee to used these services.

Provider Fidelity Investments

Wellness Program N/A Employees are reimbursed up to $500 per calendar year for wellness-related activities, memberships, or equipment.

New employees’ benefit amount is pro-rated.

Disability Insurance N/A Short term and long term disability insurance 100% employer paid.

Life Insurance N/A Life and AD&D (Accidental Death & Dismemberment) Coverage $15,000. This coverage is automatic if you enroll in the health insurance.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care (DCA) and Transit & Parking N/A Employees may defer up to $2,500 pre-tax, per calendar year to pay for certain qualified health care expenses, which are not covered under medical, dental, and vision policies. Under the FSA Dependent Care plan, employees may defer up to $5,000 pre-tax for eligible expenses.
Under the Transit & Parking plan, employees may defer up to $230 pre-tax, per month.
Time Off N/A Vacation: 40 hours of vacation after 90 days of full-time employment, 80 hours of vacation after 1 year of employment, 120 hours of vacation after 5 years of employment.

Personal Time: 40 hours of personal/sick time per calendar year. New employees’ benefit amount is pro-rated in the first year.

Holidays: The Company observes 7 holidays.

EAP N/A Confidential counseling and referral services are available for employees and their families. Up to three free visits with a counselor and a free 30 minute consultation with an attorney are included.

Tuition Reimbursement N/A Eligible employees may receive tuition reimbursement for approved programs and courses
Donation Matching Program Yes Contributions made by employees to non-profit 501(C)(3) organizations may be matched by the Company up to $100 per fiscal year.
CPR/AED/First Aid Training Yes All employees are required to attend an annual on-site CPR/AED/First Aid training course conducted by the American Red Cross.
Wireless Carrier Discounts Yes Employees of Heritage Aviation can take advantage of discounts with both Verizon and AT&T. Current discount is 8% off monthly bill.
Empty legs on charter flights Yes On occasion there is the ability to fly on empty legs at no cost. Prior arrangements must be made with the manager on duty in charter.
